Margie Yee Webb is president of the California Writers Club–Sacramento Branch (2007-2011), and also a member of the Northern California Publishers & Authors organization and the Women’s National Book Association–San Francisco Chapter.

Born in San Francisco and a graduate of San Francisco State University, Margie now resides in El Dorado Hills, a small community nestled in the Mother Lode foothills of the Sierra Nevada.

Margie supports several animal welfare organizations and shelters, including People for Animal Welfare in El Dorado County (PAWED); Happy Tails Pet Sanctuary; Sacramento SPCA, San Francisco SPCA and ASPCA. If you are looking for a special pet to adopt, Margie recommends visiting Petfinder.com.
